What you’ll do

“Orchestrate best effective channel strategy and experience aiming to achieve superior customer satisfaction while maximizing customer lifetime value and digital mix in the Squad.

Purpose of the Terminal squad is to drive value growth by providing a commercial ready base and boost managed migrations with insight and data driven strategy yet assure a sustainable customer base.”

Who you are

“• Accountable for tracking channel (such as PN, Retail, SMS etc.) performance, sales volume, and leading channel-based projects and managing related channel’s budget.

  • Lead all internal stakeholders towards the ultimate goal of increasing value from base customers in Terminal squad through channel-based campaigns.
  • Demonstrating clear and effective communication through all channels including digital channels, and has an ability to switch seamlessly between them.
  • Request and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Using data and analytic tools effectively to resolve customer issues and to identify and eradicate unnecessary challenges.
  • Developing communications that are omni-channel and personalized by design. Employing A/B testing to optimize customer experience and commercial performance.
  • Conducting research and looking for opportunity areas and generating project ideas.
  • Trying new technologies and services, explores digital opportunities to boost digital sales and engagement.
  • Effective stakeholder management of key business relationships.
  • Be Flexible on taking responsibility of other roles (product, commercial, marketing, strategy etc.) where needed to build a collaborative team environment and ensure team commitments are met on time and with high quality with a “Modern Marketing” perspective.
  • To be the pioneer in transforming Vodafone Way of Marketing into Modern Marketing Leadership through.
  • Lead the business marketing roadmap – including do to market and 360 communication plans – by leveraging modern marketing tools within the squad, with managerial guidance
  • Coordinte with design teams to develop integrated marketing communication campaign concepts and materials for both traditional and digital media channels.
  • Ensure ent to end readiness of key visuals and communication scenarios for event proposals when and where needed.
  • Work in harmony with agile practices.
  • Adopting the best new modern marketing practices for base customers.
  • Designing and executing strategies targeted at specific segments, utilizing an effective mix of sharp insights, differentiated propositions, relevant channels and go to market plans.
  • Participate in the conceptualization and design development of integrated marketing communication campaigns for the business and/or specific lines of product and service.”
