THE ROLE:

At Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus, the dining experience begins the moment a guest walks through our doors. As a Guest Experience Agent, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming first impression, ensuring each guest is comfortably seated, and supporting seamless service flow across our dining venues.

Reporting Line: Assistant Restaurant Manager / Restaurant Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Welcome guests warmly, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression
• Manage seating assignments and coordinate table set-ups efficiently
• Communicate closely with restaurant and bar staff to maintain smooth service flow
• Support upselling efforts by promoting specials, events, or loyalty benefits
• Work across all F&D areas including Restaurant, Bar, Room Service, and Events when needed
• Respond to guest inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally
• Follow correct cash handling and billing procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and dining entrance
• Comply with brand standards, health and safety protocols, and licensing laws
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Uphold Hilton’s grooming and conduct standards

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or F&B environment
• Familiarity with floor planning or reservation software
• Cash handling and basic POS system knowledge
• Understanding of hygiene and food safety regulations
