THE ROLE:
At Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus, the dining experience begins the moment a guest walks through our doors. As a Guest Experience Agent, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming first impression, ensuring each guest is comfortably seated, and supporting seamless service flow across our dining venues.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcome guests warmly, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression
- Manage seating assignments and coordinate table set-ups efficiently
- Communicate closely with restaurant and bar staff to maintain smooth service flow
- Support upselling efforts by promoting specials, events, or loyalty benefits
- Work across all F&D areas including Restaurant, Bar, Room Service, and Events when needed
- Respond to guest inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally
- Follow correct cash handling and billing procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and dining entrance
- Comply with brand standards, health and safety protocols, and licensing laws
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Uphold Hilton’s grooming and conduct standards

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or F&B environment
- Familiarity with floor planning or reservation software
- Cash handling and basic POS system knowledge
- Understanding of hygiene and food safety regulations
