Join the AJW Group Turkey team as a Regional Account Executive and be a driving force behind our mission to enhance customer service and foster profitable growth by acquiring new customers and revitalising high-potential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with key industry decision-makers to maximize opportunities with existing and potential customers, through frequent visits and contact
- Monitoring and responding to incoming customer requests via email, phone, etc
- Quote customers and Daily follow up with customers to close on quotations from the previous day
- Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
- Maximise all opportunities
- Present, negotiate, and close business deals with new or existing customers
- Work with the regional team members to ensure opportunities are maximised in order to drive profitability and ensure defined targets for the region are met or exceeded
- Understand customer needs, shape new business requirements, and be the voice of the customer
Job requirements
- Experience in Business Development or marketing/ Sales management experience (Not experienced candidates will be welcomed too.)
- Excellent written and verbal English/Turkish communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills and proficiency in the use of MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Strategic thinker with the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to prioritise and manage workloads
- Good problem-solving ability with the ability to use initiative and common sense
- Multiple language skills are preferred ( Arabic)
- Living or willing to relocate to Turkiye/ Istanbul/ Beylikduzu’
