Duties and Responsibilities

Create business to business communications and follow the marketing plan for transient business.

Complete on-boarding checklist encompassing Global MOHG and local Bodrum familiarization process to include competitive site inspections, alignment with Regional Sales Organization, and circulating letters and email introductions to your professional contacts

Conduct outside sales calls and highly polished presentations to the prospect & key partners of the assigned geographic territories.

Meet the required daily, weekly and monthly prospect calls, sales calls and client entertainment goals.

Selling and planning of Groups and Events business in assigned territories and effectively converting enquiries into sales.

Announce all promotional products, and special packages to secure leisure business.

Send mailers and email blasts to clients as need arises for promotion of hotel events and/or need periods

Manage & convert the group businesses in defined geographic region / country.

Requirements

Working experience in sales in the hotel industry is require

Knowledge of Delphi and luxury hotels sales experience is desirable

Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Turkish and English

Personal qualities: self-motivated, takes initiative, professional and outgoing

Minimum of two years of experience managing the sales process preferably for a luxury property
