- Organize and control the deliveries (picking, loading, checking and printing documents) of the goods and receivings (imports, returns and other plants) in collaboration with the other assistants and warehouse coordinator
- Run inventory reports daily/weekly to ensure accuracy at location
- Operate in SAP/R3 all documents for deliveries/receivings and check all WMS movements of seeds and other materials in the warehouse.
- Provide weekly report to the warehouse coordinator with reason codes to align with monthly inventory reconciliation process
- Follow standardized processes for warehouse and distribution efforts and ensure transactional excellence
- Manage all distribution targets and processes related to inventory movements (i.e. STO’s sales deliveries, etc.) for all sites (i.e. offsites, etc)
- Encourage and enforce safe operations and respect for people

Requirements:
- University education in industrial engineering or similar
- At least 3 years of experience with logistic operations in a warehouse environment
- Knowledgeable of SAP system
- Experience working in the seed production sector will be a plus
- Experience working with international stakeholders will be a plus
- Fluent in English will be a plus
- Good communication, team worker, go-getter.
