We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Director to lead our sales strategy and drive growth within our organization. In this pivotal role, you will develop action plans to meet local, regional, and central targets while ensuring that our company achieves its turnover and profitability goals. What you’ll be doing:

As the Commercial Director, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic action plans and sales budgets to meet organizational targets.
  • Monitoring and ensuring the achievement of turnover and profitability targets across the business.
  • Identifying business potential with both existing and potential customers to inform annual sales budgeting.
  • Supporting the sales team in achieving their targets through close monitoring and customer visits.
  • Managing customer and contract profitability, while driving production increases and cross-selling activities.
  • Conducting market analysis to monitor competitors and provide insights to the COMEX and Extended COMEX.
  • Overseeing customer satisfaction levels and implementing strategies to enhance it as needed.
  • Determining target sectors, products, and customers to maximize business opportunities.

What you’ll bring:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An in-depth understanding of insurance services and the ability to customize solutions to meet client needs.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with a focus on understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Expertise in cross-selling and upselling strategies to maximize existing relationships and uncover new opportunities.
  • An agile approach to building solutions that meet market demands.
  • Proven experience in customer engagement and relationship management.
  • Strong pricing and financing acumen, with a solid understanding of digital marketing (BtoC) strategies.
