About this opportunity:
We are excited about our current vacancy for an IT Support Specialist at Ericsson. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing on-site and remote technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates the problem, determines and implements a solution. Our primary objective is to provide timely and effective technical support to all employees. Valuable experience
- Experience working with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
- Basic Knowledge of managing iOS and Android devices.
- Good Experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, TEAMS, etc.)
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
What will you do?
- The candidate should be able to provide technical assistance and support for ICT systems, software, and hardware.
- Respond to queries over the phone, chat, or web tickets.
- Log tickets for incidents and service requests on behalf of IT users.
- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), Telephony, and other systems.
- Follow up with users on status, feedback, and to ensure issues have been resolved.
- Attend user experience information sessions and ensure best practices
