Qualifications:

• Preferably bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
• Minimum Upper Intermediate in English both verbal and writing is a must
• Having knowledge on VB, Excel macro is strong asset.
• Strong organization and planning skills,
• High customer focus and teamwork spirit
• Clear understanding of KPI and basic knowledge of KPI preparation
• Problem solving and crisis management in critical daily issues
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Having strong customer relationship management skills

Job Description:

• Supervise daily operational planning across all transport modes (LTL, FTL, FCL, LCL, Minivan, Airfreight)
• Managing XDC operations which are collaborating with DHL LLP
• Ensure timely collection, consolidation, and dispatch of materials from XDCs
• Manage shipment visibility and reporting, ensuring ETAs and exceptions are tracked and resolved
• Support savings initiatives by optimizing collection frequencies and increasing truck sizing performance
• Ensure accurate, compliant documentation and reporting for all outbound vehicles
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team focused on efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, XDCs, and Ford representatives
• Ensuring supplier readiness for summer shutdown, Xmas and Easter periods
• Create a supply chain network design and route optimization initiatives to minimize logistics costs
• Ensure targets properly set for objectives & KPIs – support the maintenance
• Reporting performance metrics’ result monthly basis according to the KPI’s
• Take actions to the issues (container constraint, force majoure etc.) which is affected to automotive logistics
