Role Purpose:

As the Transformation Lead within the B2B Customer Value Management function you will bring your expertise in commercial management, omni-channel experiences and customer growth marketing to fundamentally change how we perform marketing to our customers. We are moving from treating customers by cohorts to true one-to-one marketing at scale. This means embedding data science practices within all inbound and outbound channels to provide the right offer, to the right customer, at the right time, consistently across all channels. 

You will be the expert Product Owner representing the business teams and our customers to ensure the technology programme delivers the right requirements and that we transition our people, processes, and operating models in parallel. 

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

  • Define future state & requirements of one-to-one marketing across all channels.
  • Work with programme team & vendors/third parties as necessary to ensure on track and prioritised delivery of business requirements.
  • Work across finance, CVM, commercial and digital teams to build & update the business case to ensure continued funding and return on investment.
  • Work with data science, data engineering, CVM, campaign development and commercial teams at all levels to ensure needs, requirements and recommendations are captured.
  • Challenge old ways of working/thinking to ensure innovation is forefront in design of our new technology and campaigns. 

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

  • Experience implementing Pega / Always-on-Marketing in a complex multichannel business. 
  • Significant experience in telecoms marketing/communications, preferably leading a CVM or base management function. 
  • Strong project management skills are required in order to manage multiple requirements across challenging timelines.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a natural ability to influence and deliver across all levels of the organisation.
  • Outstanding commercial accumen. 

Must have technical / professional qualifications: 

  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Degree educated
  • Certifications or training in Pega marketing technology preferred
