Job Description
- Conduct inspection in a professional and ethical manner and support the divisions becoming the clear number 1 in the divisions in Vietnam (Market penetration, customer impact, quality, innovation, operation excellence and people)
- Deliver accurate and independent reports in a timely manner.
- Receiving inspection order, inspection data from Operation Manager and supervisor and performing preliminary preparation.
- Acknowledge the inspection order to confirm the receipt and understanding of instruction.
- Performing inspection in a professional manner and conform to procedures.
- Issuing of Field Inspection Report on the completion of an inspection. The report need to be countersigned by Client or his representative presented at site if any.
- Comply with OI training, security and safety procedures.
- Equipment maintenance.• Sending all relevant documents, samples, photos, expenses report,… soon after completion of the inspection to the Operational Manager for reviewing.
- Update job process to the Operation Manager and supervisor. Ask instructions from supervisor/ manager for any arises matter.
- Other tasks required by Operational/ Branch manager.
Qualifications
- Fresh or 1 year experience in related inspection activities
- Science College or University graduated
- English level A equivalent
