ABOUT YOUR TASKS

• Master file creation and update
• Verification and confirmation of customer’s balance
• Entering cheques and processing related collections from bank statements
• Booking all bank transactions
• Managing bank relations on letters, interests, expenses and related operations
• Exchange rate valuations of current accounts in foreign currency
• Preparation, approval and faxing of instructions for transactions with banks
• Reporting of cash-flow
• Making import payments (currency transfers, customs payments)
• Being responsible for and accounting for all cash transactions
• In line with the request from the management, contacting the relevant banks on financial issues that may support marketing, receiving and following up the offers
• Reconciliation of credit card collections between accounting and bank lists at the end of the month
• Preparation of relevant annexes in the corporate tax return
• Strengthen our team with humour and heart

ABOUT YOU

• Graduated in Accounting/Finance
• Experience of working for an International organisation
• Good knowledge of Turkish GAAP and JDE
• Highly analytical and have a strong level of attention to detail 
• A strong team player with a commitment to delivering of internal customer service and comfortable interacting at all levels within the organisation/functions. 
• Fluent in Turkish and English, both written and verbal
