The key purpose of this role is to develop and deploy optimal CS&L performance & continuous improvement to increase service and cash and reduce costs. The role holder will need to establish a continuous improvement mindset with relevant tools. The role holder will be responsible for tracking the performance of CS&L activities.

The role holder will also be responsible directly for repacking operations. The role holder will be an SAP Expert to improve the utilization of information & reports and will be responsible for master data-related SAP activities. The role holder will be responsible & accountable for the GPS roadmap. The role holder will be responsible for OTIF management & will work with CTC to create customer-joint projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Being a subject matter expert, develop and deploy continuous improvement projects that support CSC TR’s strategic directions (Acting PMO).
  • Lead continuous improvement programs and ensure KPIs / visual controls are aligned with SC objectives.
  • Develop business cases/task forces for change and improvement initiatives.
  • Provide regular management KPIs to fully track the progress and effectiveness of the CI activities and performance.
  • Analyze logistics data to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Monitoring the performance of logistics operations, analyzing key metrics, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, flexibility, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure a robust one GPS system is in place to track the progress of the one GPS deployment roadmap and self-assess Turkiye’s GPS maturity level. Report on all required data to team members as required.
  • Ensure a robust financial review and reconciliation process is in place with 3rd party suppliers.
  • Manage master data-related activities.
  • Logistics Procurement Support: Assisting the LOC &/ Regional procurement team in logistics procurement activities, such as contract renewals and TPO/TPRM processes.
  • Support TR SC data analytics and digitalization.
  • Resolution of day-to-day issues, including stock reconciliation and system interface issues.
  • Repacking activities coordination.
  • This role will be a talent pipeline role, targeting to be the successor for the 2 managerial roles in the CS&L Turkey organization, reporting to the CS&L lead.

  • University degree in Industrial Engineering / Engineering / Business Administration / Economics/ Logistics /Mathematics/
  • Minimum 5 years of diversified Supply Chain experience (Logistics, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Customer service)
  • Experience in Project management of complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Strong problem-solving skills which demonstrate an understanding of business
  • Ability to navigate through complexity and find solutions
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
  • Advanced knowledge of English, both written and verbal
