About Four Seasons Istanbul Private Residences

The Four Seasons Private Residences are situated right where the districts of Ulus, Etiler and Levent converge, at the heart of a location which pulses with life and culture.

The Etiler neighbourhood of the Besiktas district, is one of the most prestigious and exclusive residential area of Istanbul, on the European side of the Bosphorus.

The property will be spread over multiple low-rise buildings, consisting of 82 apartments, in the range from 3-6 bedrooms. Operated by Four Seasons, the homeowners experience best in class amenities including a Bar-Lounge Area, Meeting Room, Kid’s Playroom, Golf Simulator, Cinema, Pool, and Fitness/Spa facilities.

As part of the residence team in a Four Seasons standalone residential property, you will have a unique opportunity to continue to define and establish the operating model for standalone Four Seasons Private Residences.

As the leader in branded residences, Four Seasons currently operates 53 residential properties in 21 countries and 65% of the projects in our pipeline contain a residential component.

RESPONSIBILITIES

An “Ambassador” for the Residence, who is insightful, resourceful and can fully control the Front Drive. One who creates the strongest sense of arrival & departure for all residence owners and visitors. Arranges for cars to be parked or retrieved. Arranges transportation for arriving and departing guests, assures that front services staff are swift and efficient.

TASKS

• Greets residents who arrive by private car, taxi, or limo by opening their car door and welcoming them to the Residence. Assists residents and visitors descending from cars. Issues appropriate valet parking ticket to residents and visitors who want car parked. Gives verbal greeting to residents arriving on foot. Opens doors for all residents and visitors.
• Unloads luggage from car, tags it and issues claim tickets to the residents. Transfers luggage to the Residence Agent.
• Provides residents with directions, recommendations, and information about the city and its attractions. Hails taxis as needed. Loads luggage in car for departing residents.
• Assures the smooth flow of traffic on the drive by directing resident cars and taxis to the appropriate positions.
• Driver’s License (B) is a must.
• Handles all resident interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints, assists customers in all inquiries in connection with residential services, hours of operations, key personnel, in-house events, etc.
• Greets all residents and visitors passing through Front Door and offers them assistance.
• Provides a high level of cleanliness on the driveway and entrance.
• To ensure you read the residence’s employee handbook and understand and adhere to the residence’s rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.
• To undertake other duties and responsibilities which, while outside the normal routine, are within the overall scope of the position.
• The ability to work overnight when requested by the supervisor/manager.
• Make all efforts and take action to ensure that we operate the finest residence in Istanbul.
• To be able to use IT systems including HotSOS, and provide basic assistance with all systems for residents including Internet.
• Coordinate and inform of all limousine arrivals and departure to Concierge ensuring that a curb side is organized.
• To assist the Concierge and Security when needed during busy periods and where required.
• To report to Security Manager anything or anyone suspicious.
• The ability to handle residents’ concerns and comments and find a proper resolution to ensure satisfaction.
• The ability to regularly inform and record resident preferences.
• Keeping records of taxis arriving at the residence on a daily basis

SKILLS AND COMPENTENCIES

• Minimum of two years experience in the hospitality
• Good verbal and written communication skills is required. Ability to communicate with a diverse team of employees, homeowners, visitors, and vendors.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and be pro-active in their approach to problem resolution.
• Able to lift 30kg regularly
• Able to work while standing or walking for most of the shift
