Job Description
- Actively participate in the preparation and presentation of pastry products
- Work in compliance with hygiene and food safety standards
- Have knowledge of kitchen culture and pastry techniques
- Address guest requests and ensure their satisfaction
- Monitor stock levels and ensure the timely procurement of missing ingredients
- Ensure the work area is clean and organized
- Collaborate harmoniously with team members
- Contribute to the development of innovative and creative products
- Effectively manage daily workflow
Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree or University graduate
- At least 5, and no more than 10 years of experience as a Pastry Assistant
- English language proficiency (Intermediate level)
- Ability to adapt to workplace conditions
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a meticulous work habit
- Ability to adapt to flexible working hours
- Customer-oriented service approach
