Servis Teknisyeni/Service Technician 1 1

We are looking for a Project Service Technician who is located in Elazığ to work as a member of Epiroc Turkey, Parts and Service Division. The position will be reported to the Epiroc Turkey Service Team Leader.

Responsible for

• Providing technical service for the machines within the Spare Parts and Service Department,
• Performing, commissioning of newly delivered machines to customer work site,
• Performing periodic maintenance and general overhauling of machines,
• To detect and fix malfunctions related to electrical, hydraulic and mechanical parts in machines,
• If necessary, to request spare parts for maintenance and repair of malfunctions, to supply and to install these parts to their places,
• Testing the machines with general overhaul, removing the negativities observed during the test, recording their performance values,
• To determine the warranty conditions and report the warranty reports to the relevant unit.

Requirements

• Experienced in the repair, maintenance and operation of mining technique machines,
• Experienced in hydraulic and electrical issues,
• Overhauling, transmission, torque converterand axles, fault findings and generate technical report about failed components,
• Native Turkish speaker, knowledge of English is a strong asset,
• Prone to teamwork,
• Human relations are strong.
• Preferably a technical or vocational high school graduate,
• Professional competence certificate,
• Can use computer,
• Having a driver’s license and actively driving, preferably, having certificate of SRC2, SRC 4 and psychotechnic,
• No obligation to travelling.

Sorumluluklar

• Yedek Parça ve Servis Departmanı bünyesindeki makinalar için teknik servis hizmeti vermek,
• Makinaların ilk çalıştırmalarını yapabilmek,
• Makinaların periyodik bakım ve genel revizyonlarını gerçekleştirmek,
• Makinalardaki elektrik, hidrolik ve mekanik aksamla ilgili arıza tespitinde bulunmak, arızaları gidermek,
• Bakım ve arızaların giderilmesi için gerekli ise yedek parça talebinde bulunmak, temini ve bu parçaların yerlerine montajını gerçekleştirmek,
• Genel revizyonu yapılan makinaları test etmek, test sırasında gözlenen olumsuzlukları gidermek, performans değerlerini kayıt altına almak,
• Garanti tespitinde bulunmak ve raporlarını ilgili birime bildirmek.

Gereklilikler

• Madencilik tekniği makinalarının tamir, bakım ve işletilmesi konusunda tecrübeli,
• Hidrolik, elektrik konularında deneyimli,
• Şanzıman, tork konvertör, aks revizyonlarını yapmak ve arıza tespiti yapıp, rapor hazırlamak,
• İngilizce bilgisi tercih sebebidir,
• Takım çalışmasına yatkın,
• İnsan ilişkileri güçlü.
• Tercihen teknik veya meslek lisesi mezunu,
• Mesleki yeterlilik belgesine sahip olmak,
• Bilgisayar kullanabilen,
• Sürücü ehliyetine sahip ve aktif olarak araç kullanabilen, tercihan SRC 2, SRC 4 ve psikoteknik belgelerine sahip olmak,
• Seyahat Engeli olmayan.
