MSX International is looking for a Program Development Manager to join our team.

This exciting position is field based, with a significant amount of travelling throughout Turkey.

The Role

As a Turkish speaking Trade Sales Programme Manager, you will be a key driver in delivering our programme in the Turkish market for one of our major manufacturing Clients.

In your new role, you will be providing key management of the AGCO Trade Partner Programme in Turkey, your responsibilities will include:

• First point of contact for the Turkish sales team to develop network and grow sales.
• Building relationships with internal and Dealer stakeholders for growth of engaged Dealers.
• Assist dealership in managing their trade customer base through effective management and support.
• Analysis of performance to support programme growth.
• Market analysis to ensure competitive landscape is correct.
• Pricing analysis of Trade Parts.
• Deliver regular insight to the local sales teams as to growth of programme development.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver regular KPI reporting.
• Take ownership and delivery of marketing initiatives. Identifying and delivering promotional and in market sales activity.
• Assist in launching the programme into the market (60% travel).

Qualifications

About you

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with excellent communication and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years’ of parts related experience. As well as:

• Native Turkish and fluent English language knowledge.
• Extensive knowledge of dealership and / or workshops’ processes.
• Understanding of the agricultural business is a great advantage.
• Ideally have an industry related qualification or degree.
• Analytical approach with strong attention to detail.
• Organized and self-motivated personality.
• Ability to manage own workload, use initiative to find solutions to problems and come to a positive resolution.
• Ability to liaise and interact with all levels within the Retailer network.
• Being based in Turkey and having the flexibility for regular travel and dealership visits within the country (60% of time).
