Job Description
Main tasks:
- Support affiliates by interpreting BRCGS certification requirements.
- Manage data and documentation in the BRCGS system accurately.
- Review and approve certificates before release to clients.
- Assign and set up site codes for new clients.
- Monitor affiliate performance and submit monthly reports.
- Ensure compliance with procedures and scheme standards.
- Provide training and admin support as needed.
- Follow all health, safety, integrity, and diversity policies.
Qualifications
This role is ideal if you have:
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
- Proficient in MS 365; comfortable working with large and complex databases
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Numerate and detail-oriented
- Open to learning and adaptable to change; proactive in self-development
- Proven ability to work independently and manage/prioritise own workload
- Fluent in written and spoken English
Nice to have:
- Experience or educational background in the food industry
- Familiarity with BRCGS standards or similar certification schemes
