What you’ll do
- After ensuring all end2end requirements of all parties are understood, deliver most appropriate solution that planned based on requested speed, quality and cost
- Lead and manage feasibility and technical design to deliver companywide technical solution with effective management of processes and in line with agreed budgets
- Lead and manage Customer360 related products/solutions’ lifecycle, determine future opportunities for innovations/change/improvements and create communication channels in order to track user experience proactively
- The Product Owner maximises value by delivering the product vision and defining the epics and user stories to work on, owning, clearly defining and prioritising the product backlog of the squad and accepting deliverables at the end of each sprint.
- The Product Owner represents the business stakeholders and is the voice of the customer guiding an individual squad for a particular business purpose.
- Defines the product vision and coordinates with other Department Leads, Tribes Leads and Product Owners;
- Focuses the team on delivering business value in regular increments;
- Develops the scope of the MVP, taking into account the constraints and the life cycle of the client;
- Responsible for defining and tracking Objective Key Results (OKRs) and KPIs as part of the quarterly business reviews (QBR) process;
- Uses data to develop and define user stories / items and acceptance criteria from the feature and capability roadmap;
- Contributes to the squad with relevant product knowledge in the development of tasks;
- Prioritizes initiatives to achieve business objectives and continuously refines the backlog to keep it up to date;
- Participates in the sprint planning to reaffirm priorities and clarify requirements;
- Approves the final release plan and accepts all deliverables against defined user stories and acceptance criteria;
- Engages stakeholders and senior leaders regularly on all aspect of the product;
- Defines the skills and capabilities required for the proper operation of squads together with the Department Lead, Tribe Lead and the Chapter Leads.
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree from Computer Engineering, Information Systems Engineering, Mathematics Engineering and other related departments.
- 8+ years of software analysis/design/development/engineering experience.
- Broad knowledge of software technology and development processes, particularly Scrum, TDD or BDD, disciplined agile delivery and lean development.
- High level knowledge of cloud technologies and micro service architecture.
- Experiences on any unit testing tool
- Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL and No-SQL open source databases like Mongo etc.
- Customer focused, dependable solution oriented, hardworking, team focused
- Ability to a systematic, disciplined and analytical approach to problem solving
- Result oriented, strongly motivated leader with excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
- Eagerness for quality and continuous improvement of processes
- Familiar with working in an international environment
- Eagerness for quality and continuous improvement of processes
- Strong Presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Very good level of English proficiency
