about the role

Accountable for the on-time delivery of all service orders

Accountable for technical and local customer validation, order management of all customer orders from the receipt of valid service requests, to the handover as per predefined milestones 

Assess service orders and develop implementation schedules to optimize resources and components scheduling 

Place and track all components with all relevant entites, including circuit orders with relevant local Telcos and third party vendors

Clear to commence for billing when circuit is installed, configurations are complete and correct 

Assist with the local acceptance tests, when applicable 

Incorporate country specific requirements in provisioning process 

Initiate action to escalate or expedite provisioning issues, as required, to minimize delays in meeting customer committed delivery

Manages order accept/reject authority 

Meet or exceed the targets set by the management with regards to Customer Satisfaction ,TDD (Target Delivery Date) & all major KPI’s

Minimizing overdue Orders 

Database accuracy 

Quality of 1st time installation

about you

  • 4 years Bachelor of Science ,preferably on Information Technology .
  • 1-2 years experience in the specified local telecommunications area 
  • Customer Service and Telecommunications experience
  • Fluent in English & Turkish
