Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize hotel revenue and profitability.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to optimize pricing and inventory.
- Analyze data and prepare reports to support decision-making and forecast future performance.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align revenue strategies.
- Ensure effective use of revenue management systems and tools.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and adjust strategies as needed.
- Drive direct booking strategies and improve distribution channel performance.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in revenue management, preferably in an international hotel chain.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in revenue management systems (e.g., IDeaS, Opera, STR reports).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to adapt to market changes and implement strategic actions.
- Fluent in English and Turkish.
