Why is this role important at Infobip?

Revenue Assurance Associate is an entry-level position within Infobip’s Finance Operations Department. Associate works under the supervision of mentor and senior team members to bill, monitor and collect receivables. This role is primarily focused on pre-billing, billing, dunning and collection processes for small and medium customers, while enabling Customer facing organization to generate revenue. Associate also participates in development of internal tools and processes.

You know you are doing a good job when:

  • Monitoring automatic billing and preforming manual billing with specific requirements (adding Purchase Orders, recalculations due to Tier Pricing, different billing models)
  • Sending invoices and supporting documents to the clients
  • Have communication on daily basis with clients
  • Reconciliation (reconciling invoices with NDRs – network destination reports)
  • Provide status on progress of activities
  • Analyzing revenue leakages (non-invoice revenue, billing models, open offers) and customer’s agreements
  • Calculating and billing late charge fees

Qualifications


More about you:

  • You possess an educational background in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Experience of two years with Financial activities and client facing positions
  • Must have MS Office knowledge, especially in Excel
  • Desirable experience with invoicing systems and Salesforce
  • You speak fluently in English and Turkish
