As an Assistant Brand Manager of Activia, you will design a successful brand & communication strategy & execution plan in line with the company goals, by assisting a Senior Brand Manager.
In this job, you will follow the consumer needs & attributes, competition, market dynamics and set the brand strategy & execution plans. Are you ready for a challenge?
In this role, you will do;
To be able to be successful in the role, you need to have:
- University Degree from a reputable university
- Preferably min 1-year marketing experience in FMCG companies or fresh graduate with long term internship experience
- Excellent communication in English
- Strong self-motivation & bias for action
- High level of consumer & customer focus
- Strong analytical thinking
- Problem solving & growth mindset
- Multitasking & high level of accountabiliy
- Be a good team player & have leadership skills
About you
To be able to be successful in the role, you need to;
All the context of your job, you will assist the Senior Brand Manager in:
- Driving on time & in full execution
- Leading innovation & renovation projects with the cross-functional team
- Helping to identify new opportunities to drive additional growth
- Managing the yearly budget & media plan for ATL especially in digital marketing
- Designing events & sponsorships and other BTL activities with event agencies
- Supporting the product development & packaging
- Following & developing inspiring consumer insights
