The primary mission of the Partner Sales Manager – Sales Expert is to execute the indirect sales strategy of the GEO in the assigned territory and to develop & execute with market developer target process sourcing plan. You will be responsible for implementing customer transformation to increase 3DEXPERIENCE Industry Processes penetration and revenue growth on a Mid and Long term basis.
What will your role be?
  • Deliver revenue plan by executing with Partners, the overall sales strategy, involving 3DS extended team, to ensure Customer Satisfaction in accordance with a committed Customer Value Roadmap.
  • Build and develop trusted relationships at executive level and within all layers of client organization to ensure sustainable business for 3DS.
  • Engage in key opportunities with the Partner involving Process Experts & Industry Consultants for Partner Joint Engagement, develop action plans.
  • Extend DS footprint with Industry Process Experiences Engagements.
  • Follow up on the topic and review Partner commitment on a regularly fixed meetings.
The challenges ahead
You will be challenged with coaching Partners through all the Value Engagement Model, and enable them to produce deliverables and be able to replicate the processes.
Your key success factors
  • Master of Sciences in Engineering or similar experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in similar roles
  • Carry out sales analysis

  • Forecast sales over periods of time
  • Identify potential markets for companies
  • Maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Manage profitability
  • Sales argumentation
