The impact you have in this role

As Machine Operator for AASD at Cerkezkoy Plant you will have the opportunity to put your curiosity to good use and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people in the world. Here’s how to make an impact:

• Work at various machines or stations r operating machinery, picking and/or packaging finished goods, and/or inspecting products

• Use computers as needed to run process operation, input data, update inventory, etc.

• Follow operating procedures and customer specifications to produce quality products which are delivered to customer on time

• Fill and process orders for shipment

• Picking and Packing Orders

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• Minimum one (1) year of experience in manufacturing operations role in a private environment

• Demonstrated attention to detail

• Strong written & verbal communication skills

• Basic computer skills
