Operations Manager Turkey

About the Role

As a Driver Growth Operations Manager for Turkey, you will help to craft our business in Turkey. This role possesses a high degree of ownership and analytical capabilities. The team is composed of extraordinary conceptual problem solvers and empathetic communicators. We believe in solving local problems with local solutions, so you deeply understand your market, local regulations and customer demands in order to find the solutions that best serve the needs of our partners!

What You’ll Do

• Expand our business into new areas by building a reliable product
• Identify and partner with taxis & taxi stations to expand Uber’s footprint across Turkey
• Build strong and long-lasting working relationships with our top taxi partners in Turkey
• Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional teamwork to deliver the best results
• Execute analyses that will deliver measurable insights

What You’ll Need

• Minimum 5 years plus experience in Management Consulting, Key Account Management, Business development or B2B Customer service
• Fluent Turkish and English
• Hands-on approach. To grow the taxi business you will need to visit taxi stations and build relationships with taxi station heads
• Autonomous problem-solver who understands how to own the KPIs for the business. Fearless, data driven
• Communication: Strong and effective communicator with good presentation and speaking skills who can verbally and visually articulate their point of view clearly and succinctly
