Your Role
National Excellence Management Expert is responsible for supporting the entire sales cycle and creating a strong business relationship with the strategic key accounts for assigned industry verticals. He/She will have close teamwork with related Key Account Managers and strong collaboration across business units to develop and implement solutions to ensure continuous development with Key Accounts.
Your Responsibilities
- Preparations of sales materials and Go to Market Strategy.
- Supporting identification and developing up-selling potential of assigned key accounts.
- Preparing Request for Information (RFI) response as well as pre analysing the Request for Quotation (RFQ) requirements (rate / surcharge specifics / Terms and Conditions).
- Preparation of Key Account Plans as well as trouble shooting and being a back up for Key Account Manager.
- Leading the process of developing and adjusting the SOPs with related business units.
- Supporting customer onboarding process.
- Reporting alignment with customers.
- Preparations of Monthly Business Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews as well as maintaining Kuehne+Nagel Intranet Account Information.
Your Skills and Experiences
- Minimum bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 3 years of Sales or Operations experience in Logistics / Freight Forwarding
- Being familiar with Industrial and Automotive sectors is nice to have.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications and PC skills.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, attention to detail
- Very good spoken and written English is a must.
