MISSION :
You will be located in Istanbul and reporting to Commercial Director of CMA CGM Turkey Agency.
Your main mission is to develop CMA CGM’s non-maritime business including but not limited to Value Added Services, Cross Sell with CEVA and Intermodal.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Support on commercial market opportunities identified by Outside & Inside Sales and follow spot market trends
Identify ways to increase volume & profit on non-Maritime products
Discover issues or problems and optimize operations
Coordinate between Head Office/Regional Office and Sales Offices on Non-Maritime products (e-commerce, value added services, intermodal, contract logistics and supply chain services …) and report issues related to pricing & execution
Drive strategy and selling of Non-Maritime products
Participate in budget preparations by providing market, client information and forecast
Provide prospect information to related parties
Create and follow up reporting related to all non-maritime services as required by Head Office and Management
Ensure smooth communication with all related departments and divisions
Research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services – or new ways of reaching existing markets
Bring actionable insights that serve the sales management take strategic and tactical business decisions
Cross Selling with CEVA
Coordination the commercial communication into CEVA stakeholders.
Develop logistics project for new or non-competing products. E.g. rail products.
Helping CMA CGM sales teams for prescription of CEVA services, monitoring the outcomes.
Coordination with other countries to share cooperation cases, projects.
Creating marketing tools for joint sales initiatives in close coordination with marketing departments of each side.
Be a “Go to “ person for CEVA / CMA CGM cross sales business development
Intermodal Business Development
Coordination between commercial, customer care and intermodal departments for monitoring the performances, identifying measurement points and blocking points, improving the commercial reports for intermodal.
Identify ways to increase volume by creating and executing the strategy and business plan for intermodal
Facilitating CEVA intermodal within the CMA CGM intermodal portfolio
Monitoring customer churn and search reasons, visit customers to understand service requirements.
Run a service quality survey with customers ; sales & customer service to pursue constant improvement
VAS development
Working on how to improve VAS sales in country
Creating marketing tools for joint sales initiatives in close coordination with marketing departments of each side.
Driving the business plan and value proposition for each VAS products, presenting to the management and deploying to the commercial teams
Creating new ideas about VAS services under local conditions. E.g. Customs clearance
PROFILE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:
According to the provisions of Article L122-1 of the National Service Code, only candidates aged 18 to 28 and European nationals will be eligible for this proposed mission in the form of a VIE
Training Bac + 5, type Grande Ecole de Commerce, you have perfect command of English.
Excellent interpersonal skills, good adaptability in an intercultural environment and managerial skills are essential skills for this mission.
Prior experience at the head office or in the branch office would be an additional asset to succeed fully in this mission which is a stepping stone for a career within our Group.
