Business Development Manager

The Role

This role is a full time position working with the founders and managing the projects. The role will focus on defining, developing and growing DigiWork’s B2B proposition. The role will be completely remote.

Requirements

  • Setting up and managing cold email campaigns strategies, managing the business development team for projects.
  • Setting up and managing LinkedIn campaigns strategies and the team for these.
  • Working with the founder to define the B2B growth strategy for DigiWorks to set up a larger pipeline of outbound sales.
  • Managing a programme of proactive outreach to onboard prospective B2B clients.
  • Developing the technology and tools available to our B2B customers.
  • Refining the sales process, creating and developing processes.
  • Training the BDR team.
  • Setting up calls and leading the discovery calls with clients to introduce them to DigiWorks.

Desired

  • Self starter with proven practical skills.
  • Highly organised and diligent.
  • Communicative and easy to talk to.
  • B2B sales experience and understands various automation tools like Expandi, LinkedFusion, Outreach.io, Lemlist etc.. Any experience with cold email and LinkedIn campaigns are desirable.
  • Excellent English skills and ability to convince clients in calls.
  • Great time management.

Note

  • This is a fully virtual and remote role however we will have virtual workspaces as an ‘office’.
