Consumer Biosolutions is one of our business divisions in Novozymes and unites our consumer-facing industries at the front of the value chain, covering Baking, Beverages, Dairy, Food, Household Care and Protein. The starting point is an improved understanding of our customers’ needs, then we offer biosolutions that fulfil those. Biosolutions combine existing products, new technology, digital solutions and a comprehensive service package. The goal is to create a customer pull for our biosolutions, as we deliver on our purpose – better lives in growing world!
In this role you’ll make an impact by:
- Working closely with the business teams(in Sales, Technical and Marketing), and helping/assisting the Business Director on day-to-day tasks with operational impact.
- Being a part of the broad range of projects that will have the impact on the business results of CB ME.
- Preparing internal and external presentations, driving the yearly cycles, designing and coordinating the meetings(agendas, minutes, actions) and follow up with the relevant stakeholders.
- Dependably and efficiently supporting the Director by handling all the administrative aspects (calendar management, travel arrangements, monthly/quarterly reporting, office related activities).
- Having an analytical, structured, and proactive approach to problem solving, and multitasking with focus and positivism.
- Effectively networking, connecting to internal stakeholders, and help driving for results by relieving process related communications.
To succeed you must:
- Have a Bachelor or a Master’s degree in Business and/or a relevant technical area and have minimum 3-5 years of relevant job experience in a similar role.
- Have excellent skills in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Have great communication skills, outgoing personality and well organized
- Have English language proficiency (speak and write it fluently).
- Be motivated and familiar in working successfully in an international and intercultural team environment.
- Be willing and able to travel internationally – when the conditions normalize.
