Regional CRM & Sales Systems Expert

We are looking for a hardworking, positive, and self-motivated Regional CRM & Sales Systems Expert for our Istanbul Office in Basaksehir.

Your Role

You will be responsible for Coordinating sales-related planning and controlling, ensuring the success of strategy implementation, aiming at efficiency/effectiveness, improvement, and result development. This role requires supporting and advising sales management in sales-finance matters such as performance and growth.

Your Responsibilities

  • Forecasting, controlling, monitoring and reporting the Sales Performance-related data.
  • Providing advice / consultancy to sales management on strategy shaping, implementation, measurement and development
  • Supporting management in coordinating and controlling the sales cycles such as target setting, business planning, controlling and continuous improvement and processes
  • Coordinating necessary trainings for sales controllers and managers regarding sales performance and ensuring system/reporting usage via systematic review
  • Promoting and enforcing of concepts and guidelines related to sales, admin, finance, audit units
  • Maintaining the data quality and compliancy on sales related processes/systems
  • Testing, validating and proposing ideas for future improvement of definitions, concepts, processes, systems, and reports relevant to sales

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields.
  • A proven experience in sales performance management is highly preferred.
  • Customer oriented and well- structured mentality.
  • Able to deal with stress and complex issues.
  • Self-motivated, teamwork fostering ambition and a good decision maker.
  • Advanced level of English; both writing and speaking.
