Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, MIS or related disciplines.
2-5 years of work experience in SAP Reporting, Data Warehouse tools and new generation SAP BI tools.
Experience in SAP BW/4HANA developments, data modeling, ETL tools is must.
Experience in SAP BW on Hana, SAP Analytics Clouds , BPC and PaPM is an advantage.
Profound understanding of business reporting needs.
Understanding of integration points with ERP modules and systems.
Advanced level in both written and spoken English.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects concurrently.
Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.
Must be result-oriented and demonstrate adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness.
Ability to provide recommendations with regards to future business and solution opportunities.
Strong team work skills.
Strong communication and reporting skills.
No restrictions to travel.
No military obligation for male candidates.
Knowledge about ITIL framework.
Job Description:
Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Business Warehouse and reporting tools and functions
Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document user requirements
Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
Map business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients’ needs
Design, customize, configure and test the Business Warehouse and Reporting functionalities
Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions
Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems
Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members
