What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics, digital analytics, business intelligence or similar areas
- E-commerce knowhow, experience in mobile analytics is a plus
- Experience implementing and customizing Google Analytics, Adwords and other web analytics tools,
- Strong track record of structure building and standardization of analytics, reporting processes
- Working knowledge of SQL, R is a plus
- Analytical mindset combined with eagerness for research and improvement,
- Strategic thinking,
- Proactivity,
- Excellent self-learning skills, curiosity, and a passion for innovation
What You’ll Be Doing
- Main Objectives:
- Creating benchmarks
- Establishing an anomaly detection mechanism
- Finding common points that need to be analyzed in brands and performing the related analysis
- Customization of the report drafts created on customer basis
- Optimization of the metabase process or new tool transition
- Creating infographics periodically and collaborating with MarCom to create client success stories
- Tool research and activation to facilitate the report generation process
- Analysis & Reporting:
- Creating and updating sectoral benchmarks for the clients
- Building structure for all client reports, standardization of all processes,
- Finding and implementing documents to enrich the benchmark
- Making use of tools to be notified when an anomaly occurs (Millimetric vb.)
- Creating a follow-up calendar for weekly, monthly and quarterly reports tailored for customer groups
- Working with technical team to continue metabase transition
- Creating new reports using metabase. Ensuring that metabase or a similar tool is being used regularly
- Obtaining data during special cases such as Black Friday, 11.11, Covid, etc.
- Searching for and implementing new tools and creating new reporting structures according to changing requirements
- Pain Point Detection with account managers
- Automatization of frequently performed analysis, preparing relevant documentation and training the team
- Mobile App Analytics:
- Building structure for Mobile Analytics,
- Mobile app analytics tool analysis
- KPI Presentation for mobile app tracking
