Proactively seeks out creative solutions to training needs. Implements appropriate training methods to ensure the standards are known and able to be performed by all staff. Conducts timely and quality reviews. Conducts effective department meetings; appropriately communicates and completes any action items. Deals with all disciplinary and grievance matters in a consistent manner and ensures each issue is appropriately documented.
