Our sales office is in Toronto where we carry full inventory, we also have warehousing and distribution out of Buffalo NY. We are a flexible and responsive company with a wide range of products. Roles & Responsibilities: In this role you will be the point person for all things Customer Service related. We are seeking a candidate with a positive attitude and experience working with all types of customers. Functions will include, but are not limited to: Communicate courteously and extensively with customers by email and telephone, and oversee the progress of inquiries to ensure they are resolved effectively within 24 hours Liaise directly with our fulfillment team to resolve any order delivery questions, including managing client expectations for lead times and resolving shipping issues Responsible for vendor inventory stock checks Maintain weekly inventory reports
You are: A top performer with 3-5 years experience in a customer service role Demonstrates customer-focused thinking and maintains a positive attitude Experience with e-commerce Highly motivated, self-starter with excellent time management and prioritization skills Have strong communication and writing skills Detail oriented and outstanding at follow-up Able to wear many hats and open to take on new tasks Passionate about excelling in a hands-on, fast paced environment

Salary: $45,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
