- University graduate or higher with some HR professional certifications is preferably
- <br>Willing to be relocated at our factory office in Cerkezkoy
- <br>Experience handling blue collar workers with minimum 600 – 1
- 000 employees and oversee the total company employee including blue and white collar with minimum 700 – 1
- 200 employees
- <br>Experience handling labor union
- <br>English speaking is a must
- <br>Experience in manufacturing sector
- food sector is preferably.
