Finance Team is the control center of the company, but it is our department that is the biggest bridge between the commercial teams and the customer for the financial continuity and efficiency of the company. Legal team is one of the divisions of the Finance.
YOUR PROFILE
- Excellent academic credentials,
- Min. 8 years of experience in a top tier national or international law firm or in corporate environment especially in e-commerce, FMCG, finance or logistics companies with a focus on Competition Law,
- Fluency in oral and written English,
- Sound legal reasoning, thoroughness, ability to work on multiple projects, very good legal writing skills,
- Strong communication, time-management, negotiation and representing skills,
- Good at analytical thinking, multi-functional and team work.
YOUR CHALLENGE
- Advising business units from competition law and compliance perspective for all kinds of issues,
- Preparing legal opinions and policies to clarify competition law issues,
- Reviewing procedures, practice and agreements before entering into force,
- Planning and conducting training sessions in the economic entity,
- Preparing draft documents related to compliance with competition law, investigations of Turkish Competition Authority and M&A transactions,
- Representing the company before the related authorities and parties,
- Conducting all processes (on-site inspections, meetings, legal opinions, answers to request for information, written and oral defenses etc.) of competition law and other related digital regulations inside the economic entity.
