ABOUT RI: Relief International specializes in relief and development programs that benefit people in the world’s most fragile settings. A registered non-profit in the US, UK, France and Belgium, our work focuses on countries or communities that suffer from recurrent man-made or natural crises that impede human development. The people that we serve live in sixteen countries across the Middle East, Africa, and Asia where the debilitating effects of political instability, forced displacement, and natural disasters are pervasive. Often, Relief International is the only organization providing healthcare, education, logistics, energy, capacity building, economic development, sanitation, and many other forms of assistance.
Relief International Turkey intends to award a supply contract for the provision of e-voucher services and invites your submission of a tender.
The project aims to serve approximately 1800 households in the Istanbul area. The project aims to start in mid-September and run through the end of 2020.
Relief International Turkey encourages suppliers who have enough capacity and experience in cash voucher projects to submit their bids.
Interested bidders should submit legal company documents (registration, tax plate etc…) and relevant work experience in cash program (e-voucher) while requesting to receive tender dossier thru email address below.

The deadline for bid submission is 3 September 2020 at 4.00 pm (Local time)

Relief International (RI) 1990 yılında kurulmuş dünyanın önde gelen yardımsever ve kar amacı gütmeyen kuruluşlarından biridir ve dünyanın en korunmasız topluluklarının karşılaştığı zorlukları giderme kapsamında faaliyet göstermektedir. RI topluluk gelişimi bağlamında yardım ve destek sağlayarak uzun ve kısa vadede sağlanabilecek yardım arasındaki boşluğu kapatmaktadır.
Relief International, uluslararası insani yardım organizasyonu usülüne uygun olarak elektronik kart (market alısverislerinde gecerli) hizmeti için firmaları ihaleye davet etmektedir.
Tahmini e-kart sayısı yaklasık 1800 adet olup, acil müdahale kapsamında; e-kart hizmet sözlesmesinin imzalanmasına takiben en gec Eylül ayı sonu olmak uzere Istanbul’da farklı lokasyonlardaki hanelere dagıtılmıs olması beklenmektedir. E-kartlar; program faydalanıcıları tarafından, mukavele yapılan firma tarafından belirlenecek olan, Istanbul’da farklı lokasyonlardaki orta ve büyük ölçekteki marketlerde alısveriste kullanılmak adına, Ekim, Kasım ve Aralık ayı boyunca kullanılacaktır.
Bu nedenle, Relief International Turkiye Temsilciliği, nakti yardım programı ve e-kart (alısverıs) sektöründe yeterli kapasitesi ve geçmiş is tecrübesi olan firmaların ihaleye katılımını teşvik etmektedir.
İlgili firmalar, ihale dosyasını talep ederken; firmaları hakkında yasal belgeleri (ticaret sicil belgesi, vergi levhası vs…) ve nakti yardım (e-kart) sektorunde faliyetlerini gosteren belge göndermeleri gerekmektedir.
