qualifications
- University degree in business administration
- human resources or relevant field
- or equivalent work experience
- <br>Minimum 5 years of experience in end to end recruitment and innovative sourcing for prospective candidates on different hierarchical levels
- <br>At least 3 years of recruitment experience in IT / software development industries
- <br>Experience of LinkedIn Recruiter tool

- <br>Experience with employer branding and university programs is a plus
- <br>Experience with Success Factors
- Work Day is a plus
- <br>Advance MS Office skills
