Client Meeting Schedule – update weekly.
Preparation of presentations slides both separately and in conjunction with Marketing.
Photocopying, scanning documents/information.
Expenses.
Organising events such as client entertaining, client lunches etc • Occasional translations.
All reception related tasks.
Update client database.
Filing (as and when required).
Office and administrative procurement.
And any other duties as may be reasonably required.

qualifications
- 3-4 years of relevant experience. <br>Excellent planning
- organization and interpersonal skills.<br>Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Outlook
- Word
- Excel
- PowerPoint
- etc.) and relevant CRM systems.<br>Proficiency in English both written and spoken.
