Manage the departmental budget by also preparing investment plans as well as keeping the track of the planned and realized budgets.
Manage and follow up the customer surveys and feedbacks of the aftersales services.
Manage operational mainenance and installation processes of the outsource company and KPI follow-up.

qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years management experience in related field is preferred
- as well as technical
- experience preferably managing in a technical field with direct reports.<br>Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Departments (preferably Mechanical or Electrical Electronic Engineering).<br>Excellent analytical and problem-solving.<br>Strong communication skills.<br>Excellent people and time management.<br>Customer oriented.<br>Strong leadership ability and team spirit.<br>Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
