Scheduling of all regional product installs, repairs, contracts, and any other support needs.
Responsible for the development of all direct reports to include having people trained for the machines in the region.
Ensure operational excellence (continuous optimization of all service related processes).
Manage the introduction of new products in the field (Machines and (Smart)Services).
Schedule and plan retrofits in respect to sales order changes by customer and perform regular customer visits.
Establish regular coordination meetings with project staff to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.
Direct coordination between Turkey and Germany, including the preparation of project and expenditure reports.
Provide regular feedback to the R D and production Departments.
Work with Managing Director as needed on budget issues and department goals.
Travel to customer facility so as to guarantee a good business relationship with customers, under the direction of the Managing Director.
Determine medium- and long-term targets of the department in parallel with the vision,mission,and main objectives determined by the
Director-General-Turkey and the Regional Director.
Create, report, and regularly keep the track of the financial and operational indicators of the department and propose new performance criteria conforming with the changing and developing conditions.
Complaint management and customer experience management.
Manage the departmental budget by also preparing investment plans as well as keeping the track of the planned and realized budgets.
Manage and follow up the customer surveys and feedbacks of the aftersales services.
Manage operational mainenance and installation processes of the outsource company and KPI follow-up.
