Marketplace Team is responsible for leading the initiatives to identify the opportunities for expanding selection that our Customers want, help business teams identify growth opportunities based on technology and data-driven processes. In the end, we are all working towards the same goal: to create an excellent experience for our customers at Trendyol.

YOUR PROFILE

    • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university,
    • Min 4 years of experience in corporate customer management and sales (preferably worked in loyalty programs with gift card rewards),
    • Written and verbal communication skills with the ability to persuade, convince and explain complex concepts in a simple manner,
    • Self-motivated, results driven, and autonomous taking responsibility for achieving your targets,
    • Proven track record in ability to generate business,
    • Good network in the channels as well as the key customers on the market,
    • Good command of MS Office applications,
    • Analytical thinker and advanced Excel skills,
    • Good in English communication,
    • B-class driver’s license and active driving,
    • No obstacle to travel.

YOUR CHALLENGE

    • Regular visits to current and potential customers,
    • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships,
    • Generating new sales using existing and potential customer networks,
    • Annual Revenue – Achieve / exceed quota targets,
    • Develops effective and specific account plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth,
    • To achieve the expected customer satisfaction and depth of contact with all customers, and to reach the target of growth with new projects by protecting customers,
    • To prepare the reports expected from him, to support the development of sales strategies by making customer needs analysis and sales forecasts, to give monthly and quarterly forecasts,
    • Following customer and industry trends, making competitor and market analysis,
    • Making agreements and  following organizing contract processes,
    • Supporting the solution of collection problems that may occur in existing customers.
