Tender Application documents for initiate FWA to procure Medical devices for Shafak health facilities in northern west Syria PR 20-20-4-1008

Shafak was officially established in 2013, while it is founded during the early months of the Syrian Crisis in 2011. At its core, Shafak is a grassroots NGO that was formed by Syrians for Syrians, with the intent of addressing the needs of their life with dignity, equality and humanity with a focus on sustainability and autonomy.

Shafak is an impartial, independent, non-profit NGO that exists for the express purpose of providing humanitarian services to vulnerable people regardless of political or religious affiliations and on the long run to contribute to recover and rebuilding the society on freedom, justice and equality basis.

  1. Subject of the tender:

Shafak is looking for a qualified supplier that have registered company in Turkey to initiate Frame Work Agreement to procure Medical devices for Shafak health facilities in northern west Syria, the specification required is detailed in Annex A Technical Submission and Financial Offer in Annex B.

Quantities may increase or decrease depends on the availability of fund.

Shafak reserve the right to split the order between two vendors or more. Additionally, Shafak may choose to sign frame work agreement with two vendor or more and will order from supplier offering cheapest price technically accepted.

  1. Submission:

  1. Submission:

To be qualified for the bid, each bidder must apply his offers in two separate envelops where the financial offer must be in one envelope and the technical offer must be in other separate envelop and each of the two envelops must be in a third separate envelope, otherwise, he will be disqualified.

Financial Offer marked with tender Number shall be produced in signed, stamped and sealed envelopes labeled as “Original” indicating the tender Number and should clearly show bidders’ names, addresses, and should hold bidders’ legal stamps.

Technical Offers shall also be made in sealed envelopes clearly labeled as “Original” marked with tender Number and should clearly show bidders’ names, addresses and should hold bidders’ legal stamps.

 The Two envelopes shall then be enclosed in a sealed outer envelope, and submitted to Shafak Office in Gaziantep – Turkey”.

  1. All the tender documents and technical specifications shall be signed and stamped. Otherwise, the supplier will be directly disqualified.

Submission of one bid for both technical and financial evaluation will lead to dismissal.

  • Bidders are requested to submit photos with detail catalogues for all requested items. Offers without catalogues will not be considered.

Last date to submit offers is: 17 August 2020 at 17:00, Offers received after this time will not be considered.
