Job Description
As a Turkish Taxonomy New Associate, you will help support rapidly growing client tools within a social media platform by analyzing and annotating data and trends while adhering to a specific set of guidelines. The candidate must be able to demonstrate the ability to analyze large amounts of data while adapting to changing products and goals based on client needs at a regular basis. They will also provide feedback to improve tools used by clients.
Duties and Responsibilities
Analyze, annotate and categorize data on taxonomy tool and other client tools
Understand client policies and guidelines
Make decisions according to the defined policies and procedures
Identify improvement opportunities and suggest solutions
Provide guideline and tool feedback
Meet team metrics assigned
Interface effectively with internal and client teams

Location
This is not a virtual/remote role. Work will be based in office, in San Jose, CA, and requires a distinct level of professionalism. Relocation assistance is not provided.
Hours & Shifts
The role requires ability to work 5 out of 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays. Given the nature of our business being 24/7, 365 days a year, candidates will need to bring a degree of flexibility, and upon reasonable notice, remain open to working shifts/rotating shifts.
Training
Individuals are provided paid training.
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Bilingual in English and Turkish language with advanced command in reading, writing, and verbal communication
Minimum 6 months of experience in a professional or military setting
Preferred Skills / Experience
Bachelor’s Degree
Active Social Media presence
Experience with confidential information collection and management
Experience with a project that involves customer support, or content moderation for a social media client
Knowledge of multi-cultural communications and cultural context in supporting other countries
Professional Skills
Excellent communication (verbal and written), facilitation, and interpersonal skills
Passion for ensuring a world class user support experience
Quick learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail, results-oriented, self-directed, and inquisitive
Ability to work collaboratively and independently while managing multiple projects, assignments and/or responsibilities
Ability to remain neutral and review work as defined by policies and procedures and keeping personal boas aside
As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the starting pay for this role is $25.54 per hour and information on benefits is here .
