YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce
• Fluent in English – comfortable in both written and oral communication
• Experienced in integrations with third parties
• Results-driven focus with analytical capability
• Proactive and efficient in finding and implementing creative solutions to a variety of issues
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while multitasking and maintaining a strong eye for details
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
• Ability to innovate and simplify current processes and practices

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Create and execute projects defined in global platforms roadmap to optimize/grow core business,
• Facilitate automation projects (including 3rd party integrations, internal process automatization, reporting, improving direct marketplace integrations) from project inception through completion, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, external business partners and vendors,
• Working with product teams, technical support teams and external parties for Trendyol Global Platform business to implement and improve projects,
• Conducting market assessment and feasibility studies to determine growth potential for new markets by means of market share penetration, competitive analysis, and geographic, demographic, and forecasting analysis,
• Searching and developing new business models for the new countries to expand the E-Commerce business.
• Use feedback to identify opportunities to improve our products, services, processes, systems, and tools
• Manage the internal / external / subcontractor resources within the project.
