Our team is responsible for improving content diversity, creativity, and quality in TikTok-Turkey:
1. Responsible for in-depth analysis of the content ecosystem, constantly monitor the community safety risks from multiple dimensions.
2. Responsible for improving content quality from the perspective of the Content Operation based on the company and regional strategies.
3. Jointly develop and optimize Community Safety strategy, oversee the implementation accuracy and efficiency, and constantly recap its performance.
4. Observe local/international real-time events with emergency preparedness capacities.
1. Bachelor degree, familiar with Turkey internet market and local culture, fluent in English.
2. Possess safety related work experience and operational data analysis capabilities.
3. Good teamwork awareness and communication skills.
4. Strong sense of responsibility and resistance to stress, proactive, and results-oriented.
