Invitation to Tender for providing FOOD BASKETS and READY_TO_EAT RATIONS #(20-GZT-219-441/442)
Bahar Organization (BO) is an independent, non-governmental, non-profit organization, working in the humanitarian field regardless of religion, ethnicity, or political view. Bahar is committed to the core standards for humanitarian work for organizations (SPHRE). Bahar contributes to the collective work of humanitarian response in Syria, by providing support to people affected by the conflict and reducing the burden on the shoulder of the hosting community through provisions of financial and in-kind support and laying the foundation for sustainable projects in order to increase the resilience of individuals of communities in the field of health, food security, non-food items and camps.
Subject of the tender:
BAHAR is looking for qualified bidders to provide the following:
– Regular Food Baskets: Up to 20,000 Baskets.
– Ready to Eat Rations: Up to 10,000 Rations.
– The expiry date for items must be /1/ One year at least from the delivery date, BO will issue a non-exclusive Framework Agreement with Fixed Price for the best two wining Vendors, which includes all the required specifications, terms and conditions of this tender.
- Items Delivery: Bahar Warehouse in Afrin-Syria. Delivery of items must be within 15 calendar days from the date of issuing the PO.
- Tender documents with detailed instructions and forms to be filled by the tenderers can be requested via email: [email protected] between 9.00 to. 16.00 during working days before 20th July 2020 (Monday).
Tender forms and instructions included in tender documentation must be strictly followed otherwise the tender offer might be excluded.

Submission:
- RFQs shall be produced in separate signed, stamped, and sealed envelopes and should clearly show bidder’s name, addresses and should hold bidder’s legal stamp.
- Sealed envelope with Bahar address should be marked with the following text:
– “Framework Tender for Purchasing of Food Kits”
– “DO NOT OPEN BEFORE 28th July 2020”

- Samples must be packed in the boxes and bags, as intended for delivery
The deadline to submit the offers and samples is on 28th of July 2020 (Tuesday) at 16:00, Turkey local time. Offers received after this time will not be considered.
- Bids and samples submitted by cargo; the date of receipt will be considered rather than shipping date.
