The Ideal Candidate will be responsible for the following processes and tasks:

Key Activities/Responsibilities:

  • Working with Production Planning, Sales, Quality and Shipment teams in a coordinated manner to keep following up all process from order intake to delivery to customer for the domestic orders.
  • Communication with customers, receiving requests (Genesys) and recording (Salesforce)
  • Determining action plans by meeting with the relevant departments for recorded requests
  • Following the action plans for the timely realization
  • Follow up on products returned by the customer
  • Making allocations and controlling finish good materials inventory
  • To regularly check the service levels of the followed orders in line with the annual targets, to warn the relevant sales teams about the issue.
  • Following up the orders, deadline-test-inspection (FAT – factory acceptance test) organization and directing the shipment.
  • Receiving the complaint and recording it in SAP, following up, finalizing the complaint by informing the relevant departments and connecting with the customer
  • Working in coordination with customer complaints management representatives in a possible situation within the scope of customer satisfaction and customer complaints

Who are we looking for?

The Ideal Candidate should have the following skills:

  • Bachelor Degree from related departments of universities
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Analytical skills to make right conclusions;
  • Independent and accountable approach;
  • Good English language skills, both written and spoken; l SAP– knowledge or capability to learn;
  • Advanced Excel knowledge;
  • Good ability to adapt new IT tools.
  • Actively explore and understand customer needs
  • Pursue focused Innovation & Improvement
  • Promotes collaboration and coordination in the organization
  • Always acts as a role model, ensuring the integrity and delivering on promises
  • Keeping the things simple in order to facilitate timely and focused decision making
