Your challenges?
- Install & Support Group Standard IT Infrastructure by closely working with Regional ITC Team
- Implement & Support Standard Group Applications by working closely with Regional IS Shared Services Team
- Industrial & Business – SAP, MES, EDI, Apriso,Jira, Other Factory Floor Apps, Procurement App, BI & any other local applications
- Engineering – PLM, CATIA, NX, etc(depending on the site need)
- Office – Google Suite Apps including Business Process Automation Apps
- Manages site specific application request
- Support User Base
- Plant, Supply Chain, R&D, Site Support teams including HR, Finance,Controlling
- Actively implement and controls as per Information Security policies & guidelines as Site Information Security Officer
- Actively participate in Site Management Review meetings
- Manage IS budget
- Effectively manage supplier relationships
- Validate all IS Investment Authorization Requests
- Participate and support IS Site External and Internal Audits
- Provide support to users following ITIL framework
- Effectively Lead IS projects and deliver on spec, on budget and on time
- Actively Identify automation opportunities and provide IS solutions to improve business efficiency
- Recruit, Motivate, Engage and Effectively lead staff within the team
- Evaluates Site IS needs and define appropriate solution in line with Valeo standards
- Measure and report out IS & IT service results on a regular basis
- Manage Site IS team and Site IT Infrastructure expansion
Let’s talk about you…
- Bachelor’s Degree in (Information Technology/ Electronics/Math/Business)
- Overall 8+ years of Information Technology experience of managing IT Systems both Applications & Infrastructure in a multinational organization preferably from manufacturing domain
- Should have strong knowledge in business processes in manufacturing domain
- Should have worked at least for 3 years in factory environment
- Nice to have 3+ years of consultant experience in SAP MM / SD / FICO / PP modules
- Nice to have SAP Certification, ITIL training or certification
- Should have 2+ years project or program leadership
- Nice to have 2+ years of support factory floor applications
- Nice to have handled at least 2 end to end SAP implementations
- Should have 5+ years of strong support knowledge
- Should have handled IS Audits & Assessments
- Nice to have 3+ years of experience of IS Budget management
- Nice to have 3+ years of managing day to day IT / IS operations following ITIL framework
- Should have 3+ years of people management experience
