Human Resources Executive

Accountabilities

Execute blue collar recruitment and exit process

Support all business functions in terms of human resources management

Improve the relations and social dialogue between employee, employer and government institutions

Provide support and guidance to operations and functions about hr processes

Take an active part at projects that are aimed to enhance employee engagement

Prepare/update, announce and keep track of implementation of HR procedures, policies, guides and forms

Follow up legal processes about industrial relations processes

Give support for personnel affairs, compensation, timekeeping and payroll process, wage and benefit operations, management of government incentives, disciplinary issues, resignation and dismissal processes
Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience

  • Knowledge of general HR principles, policies, processes and labor law

  • Knowledge of team management

  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment

  • Previous experience for team management
  • Knowledge of team management

  • Knowledge of general HR principles, policies, processes and labor law,

  • Solid communication skills with both white and blue collar employees

  • Good command of MS Office programs

  • Having B class driving license,

  • Problem solving skills

  • Advanced level in both written and spoken English
