We are looking for a “Customer Journey Expert ” for our client which is one of successful company in banking sector.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (preferably from, Industrial Engineering Economics, Business Administration)
Minimum 2 year of experience in product development in technology-driven companies, fin-techs, banks, telco, etc.
Good at communication and coordination, team-work, analytical thinking, highly motivated, multi- task and result and detail oriented personality
Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem solving
Coordinates multiple initiatives simultaneously in ever-changing environment
A learner mindset with willingness to try new approaches, innovate, and improve
Open-minded with perfect knowledge of new technologies
Good command of MS office programs

Good command of written and verbal English and Turkish

Job Description

Drive cross-functional digital projects working directly with designers, developers to conceptualize, build, test and realize products
Identify and analyze needs for new digital products and processes
Follow key emerging digital technologies, channels, trends and best practices and use cases

Understand customer expectations and translate customer needs into digital products and solutions

Improve existing digital products and processes
Communicate and coordinate projects with related business lines and IT teams
